Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Aemous (the “Service”), operated by Aemous (“Aemous,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Section 1

Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Section 2

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to engage in fraud, to violate the terms of any third-party service, or to do anything unlawful. You may not resell or sublicense the Service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or interfere with its operation.

Authorized Browser Policy

The Aemous client dashboard at browser.aemous.com is restricted to the official Aemous browser. Before any credentialed action is permitted, the dashboard performs a cryptographic attestation handshake with a privileged module that ships inside the Aemous browser. This guarantees every profile launches with a verified, isolated fingerprint, proxy, and timezone configuration that other browsers cannot reproduce safely.

You may not:

Access browser.aemous.com from any browser other than the official Aemous browser.
Bypass, simulate, replay, intercept, forward, or otherwise interfere with the Aemous browser’s attestation mechanism, or expose its internal interfaces to any other process or page.
Operate Aemous profiles through any client other than the official Aemous browser, including modified, repackaged, or third-party forks.
Use automation, scraping, or remote-control tooling against the dashboard or the Aemous browser.

Non-Aemous browsers attempting to load the dashboard are redirected to https://browser.aemous.com/browser-required. Repeated or willful attempts to circumvent this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination, at our sole discretion, and without refund.

Section 4

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans and proxy add-ons are billed in advance through PayPal on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Section 5

Privacy

Aemous processes data as described in our Privacy Policy, which also lists the service providers (payments, email, proxy networks, SMS, AI analysis) that handle data on our behalf. The attestation handshake described in Section 3 does not transmit your personal information — it only proves to the dashboard that the official Aemous browser is in use.

Section 6

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, including the Authorized Browser Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard, and you may close your account at any time by emailing support@aemous.com.

Section 7

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aemous’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Section 8

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the dashboard or by email.
